LUDIK CUP 2026 — THE BIG EVENT OF THE OPTIMIST SEASON! ⛵

From 14 to 16 October 2026, Côte Blanche will host the Ludik Cup, the international Optimist regatta welcoming young sailors from Australia and French Polynesia to New Caledonia.

A fantastic opportunity for young sailors from New Caledonia to compete against some of the region’s most promising young talents! Around thirty sailors aged 9 to 14 will take to the starting line, bringing passion, commitment and a determination to give it their all on the water.

Depending on the weather conditions, 1 to 6 races will be sailed each day, making for a tactical and demanding competition. A regatta where sailors will need to know how to stay on course — both literally and figuratively! 🌊

The opening ceremony will take place on Tuesday 13 October. The prize-giving ceremony will bring the event to a close on Friday evening.
